With year 2005 coming to an end, here is a recap:All in all, 2005 was a great year for me. Lotsa wonderful memories which i wanna keep forever.

The best part of 2005 has got to be this, Holiday at Brisbane - Gold Coast. Our belated 5th anniversary honeymoon trip.
Visited Harbin Ice Wonderland for the 1st time.
Went prawn catching for the first time & graduallybecame our fav past-time.

All these wonderful things that happened this whole year have become a part of my memories.
Memories that are always on my mind.

24 - 26 Dec (Sat - Mon) Xmas Chalet at ECP We continued to BBQ & play games till the weep hours. Slept only at 4am. Most din stayed for the night, Dear, myself, Qi zhong, Xiuwen & Daniel were the only ones that stayed throughout the 3 days.
Christmas chalet is over. All the days of co-ordinating and organising have come to an end. But it's all worthwhile cos of the great xmas party.
Day 1
Woke up early in the morning, packed & did some last min purchases. Losta stuffs to be brought to the chalet.
Check in the chalet at ard 2 plus, was raining heavily. Started unpacking & decorating the place. Had a game of frisbee at the beach with those early-birds. Started BBQ as more & more ppl arrived. The BBQ food we ordered from BBQ wholesale was gd. I think we had the most beautiful deco as compared to the other chalets.

Managed to get everyone involved in the games we came up with & of course with lotsa wacky forfeits for the losers. I kena one together with lin, which was to use our butt to write our name. Damn hilarious. Following that was more games by the beach & then xmas present exchange session. I got a lifestyle product - a toothpick holder. The games we planned for brought everyone together.

Group Photo (Jyians).Day 2Ji xiang, Shiling, Yan fern & bf came back to ecp in the afternoon. Then all of us went cycling. Cycling & photo-taking session.

Silhouette of the buildings.Went back to chalet & rest after returing the bicycles. Slack & watch Miss Teen USA on tv where we started giving alot of comments on the participants. Each of us took turns to have showers & then we head to 'chong qing' steamboat at beach road. Steamboat was superb! I especially love the fishball with minced meat in it. The rest went home while the 5 of us head back to the chalet. Long queue at the carpark so we stopped at ecp macdonald & we each bought a pair of sunglasses from the puch-cart stalls & then walk all the way back to the chalet. Packed our stuffs & had an early nite.Day 3Woke up early in the morning, pack our things one last time, check-out, had breakfast at macdonalds & home sweet home~End of xmas party. End of chalet. But it was yet another fun & memorable gathering & celebrations.
Hope everyone enjoyed themselves & had a fun time! Special thanks to those who have helped out in making this xmas celebrations a success.

22 Dec (Thurs) Pre-Xmas Party
Xmas celebrations in the office together with marketing dept.
The party commence at 12pm but i went over earlier to help set up. Overall was a fun event, only the part where my boss starts to introduce us to the rest of the marketing colleagues was kinda embrassing.
Food was exceptionally gd or was it that particular dish? Recived a hamper with chocolates & champagne for the gift exchange. Brought the Champagne to the xmas chalet, it came at the right time.
After work, met up with our ex- attachment students for dinner at holland V. Dinner was at SPizza which serves pizzas with very thin crust & unique favours.
We ordered 3 to share among ourselves. Can only remember the name of one of the pizza we ordered - Zara, which is chocolate & banana topped with almond flakes. Still not that bad, but the food there is rather ex.
23 Dec (Fri) Pre Xmas Preparation
Tiring day.
Met lin & jielong for grocery shopping at pioneer mall's giant first before heading to a couple of places to get the required things for the chalet.
Luckily lin drove, if not definately got difficulty carrying so much things gg round to so many places. Afterwhich we had supper at the famous fishball noodle at taman jurong. And head off to my house to drop off all the stuffs that we bought.
Dear & myself pack the stuffs to be brought to the chalet while the rest head for home as it was pretty late.
I'm gg to bed, got a training to attend tmw. Will blog & post pics of the xmas chalet soon.

17 Dec (Sat) Close to nature
Every part of my body is aching like hell after coming back from cycling at pulau ubin on sat. The first time i cycle for such long hours in my life but it was very very fun & adventurous.
We cycled & explored alot of places, alot of uneven routes & thus the bumpy rides we had. We kept cycling & stopping each time to take photos or to take 5. I was quite amazed by my own physical ability because usually when i go cycling with dearie at ecp, i would already start complaining after cycling for an hr plus. But this time round i cycled for 3 hours more with no complains at all. Maybe because i was afraid of being left behind by them & thus i kept cycling & cycling.
We had so much fun laughing & chatting away. Ultimately, we managed to sort of finalised everything on the xmas chalet which was the main purpose of this trip to Ubin.

20 Dec (Tues) Xmas Pressie
Met eileen at orchard for some last min xmas gift purchase.
Shopped from Heeren to Cineleisure to Taka.
Lots & lots of gifts & ppl at taka- talking hall.
Managed to buy gifts for company & chalet gift exchange.
Quite happy with my purchase.
Can't wait for sat to come~

Good day.
Woke up feeling so refreshed this morning, all because of the gd sleep i had the previous night.
Missed my company transport again this morning, it's the second time this week. Saw it gg off right in front of my eyes, couldn't catch it on time all because of waiting for the red man at the traffic light to turn green. Argh! Had to walk a distance to take the public bus. But i still managed to reach office on the dot, ya.. tat's how near my office is to my house.
Feel like catching 'King Kong' tonight, it seems like a nice show. If not i shall stay at home & watch my dvds.

13 Dec (Tues) Perhaps Love
Watched 'Perhaps Love' with the gals & their bfs at jurong east. Lin & myself were the lonely ones cos our bfs weren't there. Gotten the free movie tickets from my brother so invited the gals to watch together.
As expected, it was musical & artistic kind of movie. The movie was so-so. If it wasn't for the free movie ticket the only reason i watched this movie would definately be because of Takeshi Kaneshiro. Who can resist his charms?
Dear waited for me at the interchange for quite awhile, sent me home & then went home himself.
14 Dec (Wed) Xmas Sales
I was tempted to go shopping with my colleague because of the 50% staff pre-chirstmas discount at G2000. In the end, i din buy anything for myself though everything was so cheap after the 50%. I realised G2000 clothings aren't suitable for me, be it the size or design.
It's just soo hard to get working clothes for myself because of my size. Haiz.
I bought one long sleeve shirt for dear, the kinda he likes to wear. I love to see him in long sleeve shirt esp those with stripes. The usual price is $69 but after discount it's only $34.50. The first xmas pressie for him this year, there's another present coming up.
15 Dec (Thurs) To permed or not to permed?
A part of me wants to keep my current straight hair but another part of me wants to have permed hair. Argh! To permed or not to permed? I really don't know but i think i will choose the latter.
Two things struck my mind this afternoon while i was so-bored at work.
1. I really wish i can write / converse in gd english, only when u can write / speak gd eng then you can grab the attention of those listening / reading.
2. And why didn't i study hard enough to get into uni?
There's actually alot of things i wanna write / describe but due to my limited vocabulary i wasn't able to express myself well. Sometimes it's hard to pen my thoughts down.
Finally managed to change my bedsheets & tidy up my room. I'm gg to have an early night, i really needed a gd rest. Past few days were soo soo busy & hectic.
This sat would be outing to palau ubin for cycling.

My colleagues were back from suzhou last thurs & see what they helped me purchase? Lotsa korean dvds drama series, 4 sets of them. But i only paid for 3, cos one was meant to be a gift for me. All that for ard $50 SGD. Cheap rite? Haven't have time to watch any of the dvds. Sad love story & my lovely sam-soon have yet to be shown on tv. I need to find time to watch the dvds.

08 Dec (Thurs) Birthday celebrations @ Blu Jaz Cafe I had a great time meeting up with the girlies! Visited dear's grandma in hospital after work on friday evening, was kinda a last min desision cos dear din tell me in the first place. So took the company transport to JP instead of the one tat was gg home. Journey to outram park was kinda boring cos i din brought my nano out thinking that i will be gg home straight after work. Had dinner at delifrance & the food court in the hospital. Accompanied his grandma for awhile and make our way back home while the rest of the relatives stayed on. Dear's grandma is ok now, have been discharged from hospital ytd. Ytd afternoon went shopping with dear & his sis at bugis & suntec. Bought a black shirt with beadings from bossini at bugis for $32. And for your info, dear was the one who suggested this shopping trip, not me! Surprisingly rite? Someone who hates shopping initiated it first. He wanted to purchase stuffs from adiddas as his friend is able to give us 30% discount on all purchases. Dear bought 2 jerseys, xinyi bought a top while i bought a pink bag. All in all spend ard $160 after saving $70 plus from discounts. First time walked out of adidas carrying so many bags of purchase. After the tiring shopping & walking from bugis to bugis street & then to suntec, we settle for dinner at marche as i have cravings for rosti. Food was nice except for the sambal stingray which was not fresh at all & dear requested for a change. Such a full dinner we had. We were too full & too tired to travel all the way home by train so we took a cab. For now, it's beauty sleep~ Tml is the start of a new week again. In short... it's monday blues!
We were at Blu Jaz Cafe on thurs nite to celebrate eileen's birthday. The usual gang (lin, jo & xiaoling) were there. Food was gd! Had set dinner again but this time round requested for BBQ chicken instead of fish & chips.
Jo left early after the cake-cutting session & the rest of us starting chatting & snapping away. But sad to say there isn't anymore live band if not it will be a nice place to chill-out. But nevertheless, the nite was very enjoyable even without the live band.
It's been quite sometime since we meet up & have so much fun & laughter together.
