Too many happy events happening in one day.
Went to Yenting's church wedding in the morning.
Ting's our first sister to get married *envious*
After the ceremony had lunch buffet & then shopping at junction 8.
Bought a bag from projectshop which was gg at 50% discount.
Dear went home first while i continue shopping with eileen.
In e evening, went to Swissotel for company's Dinner & Dance.
It was a very grand event, many ppl attended but there aso
many which i din get to see as welll, simply because there
were too many ppl & tables (125 of them).
But well, i got to see the cute guy from the other dept,
he looks soo soo charming in suit, candies for the eyes *droops*
Truly enjoyed myself though the entertainment was kinda bored.
Havent been soo happy for such along time.
The only regret i had was not able to go to the salon to do my hair,
because i din have time to do it in the morning.
Did some temp perming myself but din not turn out obvious enough.
Other than that, the night was simply AWESWOME!
Took tonnes of photos tat nite.
This are the bunch of designers which makes my
ever-so-boring admin work seems like so interesting.
And like me, they like to take photos as well.
After dinner, took my colleague's car home
& then had an early nite.

So cute~ It's showing in malaysia on the 3 nov, singapore will only screen in dec. After movies, went window shopping awhile & then head for dinner. Went to a different stall this time round, soo disappointed with their food, only the cereal prawn is nice. We got alot of complains with the rest of the dishes. Black pepper crab & gong bao frog leg is too salty, the lala is too small, baby kailan ok only. Ordered hao jian & sambal sotong from other stalls as well. Damn bloated.. we really ate alot. After dinner, took cab back to malaysia custom, long queue for the bus ride back so we walked across the causeway. damn far~ Bus to kranji mrt station & then share cab home. We discuss abt gg to bangkok in dec. Hoping we can really go in dec, if not together then will go with dear. This time round i mus go chatuchak~ Looking forward to the coming weeks, dinner & dance, yenting's wedding & 2 public holidays coming up.Saturday was spent in JB, went to trim my eyebrow & then had our lunch at JP first before meeting shiling & jixiang at lakeside mrt. Experience abit of a jam on the way there but the customs were all cleared.
Went city square & catch the 5:30pm movie - Doom. Erm.. not bad, got a couple of scary scenes. I wanna watch Chicken Little, it's sooo cute.. look at this

Been working for exactly half a year, got my confirmation & abit of increment. Really not much but was in my expected range, better than not having any.
Realised something today, rapport is very impt, this is something i still lack of. It helps u get certain things done quickly & efficiently. I need to build up gd rapport with other depts.

This whole week is dedicated as Care & Share Week to raise funds for elderly.
Mon: Green day (selling of flowers, potted plants)
Tues: Glamour Shots ($10 for indvidual shoots)
Wed: Blood Donation
Thurs: Tibits Day
Fri: Fun Fare
Hectic week at work, but i'm enjoying it cos it gives me satisfaction in my work. Went to the fun fare to show support & to use the coupons i bought. Bought a pair of earrings, bracelet, packed lunch & salad. Later in the afternoon had to go JP popular to buy dvds for my boss.
Stayed back in the office alone to burn dvds for our D&D till 7pm (so scary man), then took bus to JP to meet dear, ling & juliana.
Dear's interested in investments plans so ask the professionals to give some advise. I feel it's a very enriching session, learn so much abt investments plans & stuffs. After the session, window-shop for awhile then went home. Packed my stuffs, bathe & then met dear for dinner.
My colleagues back from business trip at suzhou, bought me a cute gift.
Then water the soil, after 10 days plants will grow.
Hehe.. so interesting! Can't wait to try~
actually he bought the bad batz maru one but i changed with his sis.

14 oct (Fri) Gals meet-up
Bought a spaghetti lace top from ebase first before walking to miss clarity for dinner with eileen, ling & ms liang. I had garlic fish again, well.. for me i think the food there is gd & very reasonaly price. Dun know wat the rest think of the place but aniway different ppl got different taste.
Seems like everyone is saving up for the future together with their partners. Think it's time i save up as well, dear is the one who is saving all the while.
Reach home, bathe, eat medicine & then quickly went to bed. Suddenly feeling veri sick, feeling so cold all over & my bones aching like hell.
15 Oct (Sat) A shopping day with dear
Feeling much better when i woke up in the morning, though still feeling abit sick but still went out for shopping with dear. Shopped at paragon, scotts & far east. The dresses from perfect in black is so nice but super duper expensive. Tried on a dress from chaos at far east which was not bad, $79.00.. din buy cos wanted to look ard first.
In the end, settled for a black halter dress from another shop, $49.90 & bought a belt to accessorize it.

Within such a short time after apple launch iPod nano, it now launches yet another product - the new iPod. Like past iPod generations which plays music, view photos & podcast. The new iPod now plays video as well. Comes in 30GB & 60GB, veri reasonably priced.. $548 for 30GB. Soo much cheaper than nano which is priced at $438 for 4GB.See the difference? Extra of $100+ for so much more storage space. Argh..shouldn't have bought my nano so early.
now i cant wait to get these (iPod socks)

bz setting up of new coms & running all ard
bringing students to my dept for interviews.
But today was slacking day cos bossy nt ard.

So my afternoon was spent surfing net
& planning for holidays in dec.
Still can't decide on Sydney or Bangkok.
Sydney is soo tempting but due to
budget constrain we will
most likely settle for Bangkok.
& have an early night.
This weekend is worth looking fwd to,
not forgetting to mention the dinner at
miss clarity with the gals this friday.

07 Oct (Friday) Baked Potatoes
Friday evening met dear at JP after my work.
Went ntuc & bought lots & lots of groceries.
Ingredients for baked potatoes, chocolates
(i luv cadbury choco), garlic bread,
hashbrown, pancake mix & many many more..
Went KFC for our dinner first,
before heading home to cook baked potatoes.
Wash the potatoes, add olive oil & salt
& then bake for 45 to 60 mins.
(untill the skin turns crispy brown)

08 Oct (Sat) Spaghetti for dinner
Sat was spent staying at home lazing ard,
doing eng 10-years-series
& waiting for dear to come back from work
cos i cooked spaghetti for dinner.
Love cooking when mum & dad is nt ard.
Had the whole kitchen to myself for like 3 days
cos they went malaysia.. hehe
So tired cooking & then washing the dishes.
Later in the night, dear & my bro watch soccer
while i re-watch Full House on scv AGAIN!
09 Oct (Sun) Celebrating dear's daddy birthday
Shopping with dear at orchard,
main intention was to buy dress for D & D.
But can't find any cos din shop much.
Only managed to shop ard taka & wisma.
Saw a couple of nice things i wanna buy,
top from ebase & bag from little match girl.
Charles & Keith having sales of up to 50%,
bought the same pair of shoes
i wanted to get the other time.
Now also having 20% for tat.
Had our very late lunch, bought lotsa food.
After which we went home rest,
then 8 plus went dowstairs fer dinner
to celebrate dear's daddy birthday.
Had a extremely full dinner.

Ytd evening dear & myself went to look for my aunt to do our hair. We were late cos we missed the bus, reached at 8pm instead. Trim + colour + treatment my hair, the colour turns out to be veri dark cos my aunt is bz trimming dear's hair & forgotten all abt me. And thus my hair was leave on for more than 25 mins i think. hehe.. but it doesn't matter cos i like my hair to be in darker shade. Moreover, the colour is gg to fade upon continuous washing.
Almost 10pm when we were done with our hair, aunt brought us to this veri nice place for dinner - Miss Clarity, located at purvis street. I reckon the food was superb & most importantly it was cheap. Each set comes with Soup of the day, Main Course, Dessert of the day & Coffee or Tea for $8.80 with no GST nor service charge.
We ordered 3 sets & shared it among ourselves, chicken with black pepper sauce, fish & chips & garlic fish. Yummy! I like the garlic fish most. Omg! Was sooo full man. Almost 12am when we reached home & it was raining cats & dogs.
Would definately like to visit such a superb place again. Gals, are u all interested??

Ytd afternoon received a msg from ting, she's getting married le. Congrats! Congrats! So she's the first, tat time we were still guessing whose wedding bell would ring first. I din expect to be attending any one of my sis wedding so soon. So happy for her.. erm.. when is my turn ar? Guess it's not gg to be so soon.
My second aunt & her whole family is coming back to sg in dec for 3 weeks , shin biao mei will be all alone in sydney. Thinking of gg over to accompany her as well as to go sightseeing. Dear is keen in gg as well cos he got 1 week leave to clear by dec. How? How? Or maybe should jus drop the whole idea & go bangkok for shopping instead. Planning in progess~
Met up with eileen for shopping at orchard ytd nite. Wanted to buy shoes from charles & keith cos ytd last day to use the discount coupons. As expected there were tonnes of ppl & most of the shoes dun hav sizes le. So in the end din buy any. Guess wat? Watson & cold storage got sell Cadbury Freddo Chocolates!!!! My fav chocolate beside dark choco, it's comes in alot of diff favour but sad to say they only hav milky top & 3-in-1 mix in sg.
Din shop much then we proceed on for sakae sushi @ wheelock place. Ling last min says she's joining us for dinner.. great! Meet-up session for the 3 of us again. Went to apple store which was opp sakae but can't decide upon which cover to get for nano. While having dinner we came up with a conclusion: Ichiban Boshi is still better, more variety of food. Chatted alot during our dinner session, ling seems to be veri stress on her exams. Ling: Ganbatte!! U can do it de!
Ytd was a great catching-up session. I was in a rather happy mood cos i went home after work to bathe first before meeting the gals at orchard & thus feeling veri refreshed. Gals.. next time it's ur turns to date me out ar, seems like i'm always the one initiating meet-up sessions.
