Was very busy the past few days & thus din have time to update my bloggie. There's soo much things i wan to say. Updates for two days in one shot.
28 April (Thurs): Dinner @ Bugis Sakae Sushi
Meet up with my dearies for sakae sushi @ bugis, miss sakae sushi soooo muchie! Haven't ate tat for abt a month le. After work, met ling at boon lay mrt station first before taking train to bugis. Both of us were damn hungry so we went to have cripsy pancake (corn & peanut) at bugis street. Yummy! Went to shop ard at seiyu first before gg up to sakae sushi.
Had a enjoyable dinner with ling, eileen & david. Though we only meet up for dinner, but meeting up with the gals always brightens my day. We had soo much fun eating sushi, chit-chatting & updating each other abt our lives. This is hw we keep our friendship gg all these years, i really hope the rest of the sisters can join us in this kinda gatherings as well.
Something came across my mind while on the way to bugis. I knew ying was studying design in nyp but i was sure if it was Dip in industrial design so immediately sent her a msg to ask her. And i found out tat she was indeed from tat course & wat was more surprising was tat she actually knows both of my managers & a few of my other colleagues as well. One of my manager was her poly lecturer. Can't believe it! The world is so small, i should say sg is so small. So coincidental! Design industry is so small in sg & somemore there are only 2 classes of industrial design in nyp. So it's hard not to know each other. My colleagues & ying were nt from the same classes but have seen each other before in their school's studio which was shared by everyone in the course.

29 April (Fri): First dinner session with my colleagues
Had my first dinner session with my colleagues at PS ytd nite. This whole week is secretary's week, so my program manager & a few of my colleagues treated me dinner at Pasta Mania.
My first time eating pasta mania, overall still nt bad & price is reasonable as well. As for the pizza, still thinks tat pizza hut pizzas are the best compared to the rest of the places selling pizzas. I ate tuna & bacon spaghetti & some pizzas which was shared among ourselves. Veri full~ Not everyone from my dept went for the dinner session, there were a total of 5 of us only. And as usual i was the only female there, cos the other 2 female staffs from my dept have got other dinner appointments. After dinner, the rest wanted to watch movies but i dun wan to watch cos the movie is gg to end at ard 11 plus & i dun wan to go home so late as well. PS got nothing to shop so in the end we stroll all the way from PS to HMV & then to Borders cos we couldn't find anything else to do. I was feeling so bloated after the dinner so walking helps abit.
From PS to Borders is a long long walk. Stayed at borders till abt 10:15pm & then took train home. Dear waited for me at the bus stop & then sent me home. Ytd was a tiring tiring day.

I'm in a very gd mood today, no particular reasons. Hehe~ Just feeling happy~ Today's a carefree day at work cos boss went out for meeting in the afternoon. So i slack from 2 plus till knock off time, not because i wanted to slack but because i really got nothing to do. But very boring, can't surf net aso cos my workstation dun have internet connections yet. So chatted with my colleagues till it's time to knock off. He told me abt his past, his goals in life & etc. After chatting with him, it makes me think abt my goals in life & wat i really want to do. Alot of ppl are asking y i dun wanna get a job tat is related to my studies. Y? I aso dun know.

Two days of shopping in a row.. hehe~
Ytd afternoon eileen accompanied me to paya lebar this fashion cos i wanna go hunt for working clothes. Spend a couple of hrs (2-3hrs i think) there trying on alot of tops & bottoms. Wahaa haa.. in the end i bought 2 skirts, black & white & 1 pastel green spaghetti top.. happy with the purchase. So diff to find fitting bottoms u know? After shopping, eileen went to meet her poly sch friends at orchard while i met up with dear at jp for dinner & some shopping. But dear said something which pissed me off so much tat i totally got no mood to eat & shop. So immediately, left jp & headed for home. I was still happily looking fwd to meeting him & show him wat i've bought. If i knew he was gg to say all those things then i rather dun meet him le. I hate ppl telling me what i should do or wat i shouldn't do. Aniway.. everything's ok nw.. no pt speaking abt them again.
Din went cycling at east coast park today but instead dear & i went shopping at suntec city. Had our late lunch at marina loft first before heading to suntec. Nothing much to shop at marina square cos it's undergoing huge renovations. So walked over to suntec, went into alot of shops & tried many clothings but can't find any nice & suitable ones. Sianz.. In the end only managed to buy a pink cardigan from SENSE which cost $36.90. Veri ex lei, heart-pain. After tat went to look for my aunt & chatted with her for awhile. She just came from tokyo last week, bet she had a great time there.
Tml's the start of a new week & then it would be a long weekend ahead. So looking fwd to the long weekend, got so much things i wanna do~ Hope everything at work would be fine for me & dear.

I know i sound rather depressing in my previous entry but no worries, i'm fine nw. Just need a place to channel all the stress & emotions, i felt so much better after pouring everything out.
There will be more ppl coming into my dept the next two weeks, 2 attachment students coming in on mon followed by another engineer in may. So far my job is still ok, sometimes can be quite bz cos have to run to various dept. And all the depts are in diff buildings so have to walk here & there. Quite tiring but overall my jobscope is to keep track of my boss schedule, handle daily admin duties like petty cash & OT claims as well as to purchase materials & stationaries for the staffs. Might have more duties in future.
Thinking of gg to KL or JB during one of the long weekends in may, still planning yet dun know dear wanna go anot. Hate to stay at home on fridays & weekends, so looking fwd to go out & enjoy myself after a whole week of work. But most of the time dear is working on weekends one so i also dun know who i can go out with, also paiseh to keep asking ling & eileen out on weekends. Will try to ask dear to plan his off days on weekends so tat we can spend more time together. I'm so looking fwd to tml, might be gg to east coast park for cycling~ yipee!
Can't seems to place my thoughts nicely into words, trying so hard to find the correct words to express my feelings. Dun know if it's because i haven't been blogging for the past few days or my eng have gone from bad to worst. Aniway.. was just reading through my previous blog entries & i realised tat they are all very wordy. Think i should stop writting such long entries if nt all of u reading my blog will be bored to death.

How should i say it? Alright! Ytd was my first day of work & it's veri stressful, basically because it was a totally new environment, new ppl & of course the things i need to handle all seems so unfamiliar to me. Never done them before & this is my first ever perm job. Perm jobs have better benefits than temp but of course the responsibility is much much more. So hw was my first day of work? I really dun know hw to ans this question but i can say i'm feeling veri stress ytd, so stress tat i feel like breaking down & cry. But i din cos i dun wanna cry in front of my family. Stress not mainly because of the things i have to handle but more of like erm.. hw to say? a small gal stepping out into this big big world. I can say tat since young i'm overly protected by my parents & of course partly because of my character being nt bold enough. It was worst in the past, but i slowly start to opened up ever since i met dear. I dun really know hw to interact with ppl tat is y most ppl find me unfriendly & anti-social but aniway.. all tat are in the past lah.
My main pt was my parents are over-protective of me while i was young & thus from small i wasn't really active in sch & then in sec sch was aso like tat. Never work before during sch holidays cos mum & dad always provided me with money so nv thought of gg out to earn my own money. And then all the way till waiting for 'O' level results then started working nt because i wanted to work but because i got no choice. The break was too long & all my friends are looking for job. I saying all these because all these are reasons y i'm so afraid to step out of my own world. I've always been living in my own world, which consists of my family, dear & friends all these years & i'm scared to step into a new world. So ytd wasn't really a gd day for me, din eat & sleep well aso.
Nothing much to do ytd cos it was my first day, had some meetings with my boss & then the rest of the day was walking to other depts wher my colleague introduce me to those ppl i need to deal with. Quite a no of ppl i have to deal with from alot of depts, hope they are nice ppl. Think i will taste my first office politics right here in this company since i have to be in contact with so many ppl. My office consists of 13 ppl, including myself & the 2 managers & the BAD news was there is only another female staff in my dept & she is very, super unfriendly. Ok.. maybe first 2 days only tat's y still not really familiar but i got to know from the other guys tat they dun lunch with her one & i bet she won't ask me to join her.. So i'm sticking with the guys.. haiz, no choice but at least got ppl to lunch with me lah. I hope they won't abandon me cos i'm the only gal & i'm into their guy's talk or wat. This is another pt tat makes me so stress.. nobody to acc me, nobody to gals talk with me & the guys seems to chat among themselves only.
Today was so much better at work cos my boss went for meeting the whole day & time pass quite fast today cos i was scanning pics the whole morning. Had lunch at jp with my colleagues because we got free transport there but it was very werid loh, all 6 of us sharing a small round table & then i'm the only female there.. See hw the next few weeks is gg to be like but i REALLY hope they won't abandon me if not i had to lunch myself. Like so poor thing hor? Maybe i should make the first move in getting to know them & to chat with them more.. I should show some initiative first.
Alright! Shall stop here for nw, i'm gg to have my dinner, so hungry~ Din finish my lunch today. Sorry for this dull & long entry, no pics & no colours at this moment cos i dun have time to do tat. Used to have all the time in the world to beautify each of my entries but not nw anymore. Besides hoping to perform well in my job i also hope to learn more photoshop & illustrator skills from my colleagues.

Met eileen at chinatown pt cos we wanna develope those gold coast photos & tat particular shop in chinatown was the cheapest in the whole of sg i think. $0.20 per digital print if u develope more than 100 prints. And being the cheapest doesn't mean the lady can ya ya papaya rite? She really got attitude prob, i'm so mad! I placed all the photos i wanna develope in a folder in my flash drive & the flash drive contains my bro project files as well. I din know tat i can't placed other files into the flash drive cos the computer at the print shop will automatically detect all the files. I wasn't allow to choose which ones i wana develop, tat would cost $0.25 instead of $0.20 & it's a total of $10 plus difference cos i develope over 240 prints. So i kindly ask the lady at the shop whether we could borrow her desktop to let me cut out my bro files & then later placed them back in again. Then she was saying "Sorry hor.. cannot! Borrow her desktop awhile won't die rite? Even if she dun wish to lend she can say properly one mah.. dun need to say untill like tat rite? At first when i asked whether i can choose the photos she also says: "Sorry hor.. cannot choose, tat would cost $0.25 each instead of $0.20. Then when eileen ask whether she can pay by nets, the lady also: "Sorry hor.. cash only" Wan to go down & withdraw cash also cannot: "Sorry hor.. must pay first" Crazy ar! Dun have cash hw to pay. But in the end we also went to withdraw $, no $ hw to pay her rite?
Her "Sorry hor! Cannot!" really makes me mad! Cannot cannot lah.. dun have to say untill like tat mah. I'm really very pissed off.. first time encounter this kinda ppl man. Luckily eileen thought of a idea, to go to furama city central & borrow their business center computer for awhile. They were so kind to let us use the coms even though we are not their guests. So transfered those photos i wanna developed into eileen flashdrive & went back to the shop to develope my photos. Wahaa haa.. nw my turn to ya ya papaya already, but i nv lah. eileen collected her photos then still got another hr before i could collect mine so we went to OG to shop shop. I bought 2 gio junior tees, 1 red & the other pink, $15.20 each after 20% discount storewide on gio junior. Can't decided upon which colour to buy so bought both, eileen also tried the red one but she nv buy.
Shop ard till abt 5pm then went back to collect my photos, luckily the photos are ready le cos she asked us to collect at 5:30pm one. A big stack of photos.. can u imagine 240 of them? And the entire stack are photos on gold coast only. Eileen developed 190 photos but her's contains other photos as well. Dear & i really took alot of photos at gold coast.. hehe. Tat stack of photos really damn heavy man & plus the photo album which holds 300 photos i bought from the shop. Bought tat album specially to hold my gold coast pics. Developed 1 set of photos only cos dear & i would be sharing those photos, it's too ex to develope 2 exact sets. Spend abt $55 on developing those photos & the album. But it's considered cheap already cost each print only $0.20, other places charges $0.30 or even more ex.
After collecting the photos, we walked to outram park with those heavy bags of photos cos eileen wanna bring me to eat a bread similar to Roti Boy but this one is PaPa Roti. My first time trying this bread, really 
very nice lei. Smells so nice also & the bread is so soft it's like marshmallow. Ok.. abit kua zhang but it's really very soft. Finish our bread & then took train to queenstown & then bus to Ikea. Went Ikea cos eileen wanna buy the photo frame to place those gold coast photos & then i helped dear buy a packet of 5 pc magazine file holder for his camp. Went to the cafeteria at Ikea to buy dear's fav chicken wings, bought 6 of them, 5 for dear & his family & 1 for eileen. After which we took train back home.. met dear at clementi first cabin. Luckily meet up with him ar.. at least can pass the load to him. Damn heavy i tell u. Tiring tiring day~ Went back to dear hse to place them all into the album as well as to show his parents those photos. After which i went home, bathe, packed my things, shown mum our photos as well & then drop dead in my bed. Super tired! Slept at 4am the previous day cos i stayed up & did cover pages & dividers for my photo album.

I've got the job from Amtek engineering as assistant clerical officer. Last nite i kept thinking through whether i should accept the job if i was been offered one. Like wat i said in my previous post, the uniform & personal assistant thingy were the ones bothering me. I even hoped tat they would offer me something lesser than wat i expected so tat i could use it as an excuse to reject the offer.
Just nw early in the morning the agency ppl called & informed me tat i was being offer the job & the amt they offering me was my expected salary. I was quite surprised tat they will offer me at tat amt cos usually they will try lowering the salary rite? But aniway.. i couldn't make up my mind at tat moment so i told him tat i will give him an ans by this afternoon. Awhile later he called again & says he need an ans asap so i told him my concerns. Luckily i told him tat ar.. cos later i got to know from HR ppl tat newcomers dun have to wear company uniform to work~ I was so happy man! Cos i feel weird tat everyone in my dept is wearing own clothes while i'm the only one wearing uniform.. i won't feel comfortable wearing tat as well. Aniway.. sorted out my concerns & of course i accepted the offer.
Went down to amtek at 2pm today for orientation, nothing much just gg through of company polices, viewing of some videos & stuffs like tat. Took photos for my employment pass as well & then mon would be my first day of work. Abit fast rite? I mean everything seems to be so fast, was jus searching for a job on wed & then i will b starting work on mon. Hope everything goes well on my first day of work~ Dun know hw work is gg to be like working with a bunch of designers, maybe i can become one of them as well *dreaming* Yipee.. another gd news is tat the company transport pick-up pt is quite near to my hse, i dun have to take any feeder bus. Can save $ on transport as well as can sleep abit later.. hehe.

Woke up very early this morning cos i got an job interview at 9am. Reach at 9am sharp & fill in some forms & then i was been interviewed by the HR ppl. The place looks abit old & i realised tat everyone in the company was wearing their company's uniform, a dress & a blazer. My immediate reaction was sianz.. I was asked to go to another building to be interviewed by the design dept cos tat is the place i would b working at. One of the employee was waiting for me at the reception to bring me up. When i reach the design dept i was like wow.. so new & so different from the HR side. The design dept was newly set up & renovations was still not complete. I waited at the meeting room where the head of dept assistant (derek) came to interviewed me. I wasn't so stress cos he was very friendly, he told me stuffs abt the company history & all tat & wat my jobscope were. My jobscope was pretty broad, not only do i have to deal with admin stuffs i'm also a personal assistant to the head of dept.
Besides having to wear the company's uniform this is another thing tat makes me think twice abt considering this job. Personal Assistant? I've nv done tat before & i dun know whether i'm up to it anot. So it's like when the hod is not ard i will have to help him follow up his schedule & stuffs like tat. This are the two main areas of concern i have for this job. Other than these everything is pretty fine with me, it so near to my hse, transport provided also & i liked the environment. Dear kept encouaging me to take up this job, assuring me tat i will nv know whether i can do it unless i try. I'm not confident abt myself so i always seek fpr his advices. And it's gd tat he always guide me & give me positive advices.
The 2nd interview with derek was smooth-sailing cos he din ask alot of tough questions but instead he was chatting with me like a friend. He even revised with me wat invoice, purchase order & delievery order was just in case the hod ask me tat later in the interview. I felt very happy when he commented tat i could speak pretty gd eng. wahaa haa.. nobody have ever said tat. He was flipping my cert & i knew he was gg to read my eng 'o' levels results so i told him i got a D7 before he flipped to tat page. He was very surprised & i told him tat i'm gg to re-take my eng 'o' this yr. The interview ended at abt 12plus & the hod is not ard so they ask me to come again for a another interview at 3pm. Still got some time so i went home first. Went out again at 2:20pm & had an interview with the hod. Everything's ok but still waitng for the HR ppl to call me.
Should i or shouldn't i take up the job if i was been offered one? I dun know wat i should do. I'm gg to think it through myself as well as to ask dear for his views.

Alright! Just applied for some jobs online, hopefully they will respond to my emails & ask me down for interview soon. There's a few jobs i'm quite keen on, temp bank clerk & management trainee, on-the-job training will be provided, sounds quite ok. Waiting for their calls. And then once i got the job, my working life starts all over again.. Work! Work & Work! Work for the sake of working, work for the sake of earning money wat else? I can't seem to find any motivations to work at all. Ling posted a quote in her recent post which i find it very meaningful *Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined* But how many pple in the world can really live the life they've dream??? Very TRUE! I agreed with wat she says.. hw many ppl can do tat? This can't go on i must find motivations for myself to start working again.. been slacking far too long & the more i slack the lazier i become. Tml gg to look for more jobs opportunities~
Met up with ling at jp ytd evening cos she wanna pass my pressie to me. Received a coffeebean card from ling & ying as my birthday pressie. hehe. Thanks alot~ My first time receiving such card as birthday present, quite special. Love to drink coffee but i seldom buy from coffeebean cos abit too ex. Nw tat i got the card i can use it to buy my fav ice-mocha & cafe mocha from coffeebean.. hehe. After tat we went to had our dinner at the foodcourt before gg to shop ard jp. Went ntuc & bought some tibits & then went home le..
(Jus receive a phone call from one of the agency which i send my resume to, she called to ask abt my last drawn salary, my expected salary and reason for leaving my past employment. Told her everything & she says she will fwd my resume to her client. Hopefully they will ask me down for interview soon bah. Wish to find out more abt the company also cos it's in jurong which means it will be industrial area. Abut sianz. But aniway.. see hw bah, dun wan to rush myself into getting a job. Hope the right one comes along~)

Heard from the news ytd tat there was a major earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale in Tokyo. There were no reports of major damage or casualties, lucilky it was jus a minor earthquake. My aunt is currently holidaying in Tokyo & hope everything's is fine for her & tat she can truly enjoy herself.

10 April (Sun): KTV Session @ K-Box
Got nothing to do on a sun afternoon, din wan to go shopping or slack at home so went to clementi k-box for ktv session. Our first time at clementi k-box & the ktv there sucks! But we still enjoy ourselves awhole lot there.. they gave us a room so small tat the distance from the sofa to the tv is just 6 foots away. Damn near to the tv i tell u & the drinks there are even WORST! We were entitled to 2 free drinks so we ordered 2 hot honey lemon first, the honey lemon dun even have any honey taste. It tasted more like plain water with lemon & the second round we ordered ice lemon tea, it was so much better than honey lemon but it wasn't sweet at all. Really cannot make it! Next time i won't visit this k-box outlet anymore, je one is soo much better even the service also much better. Aniway.. enough of my complaining. We sang from 3:30 all the way till 7:40.. was suppose to stop at 7 pm one but we just continuing singing till we feel like stopping. hehe.. Then we went to clementi central for our dinner, i ate lasi lemak.. yummy~ veri nice. Cos the chicken wing is still hot~ Then after dinner dear & i took bus 99 home. Thats how we spend our sun together.
11 April (Mon): The Da Vinci Code
Accompany dear to revenue house at novena to settle some income tax thingy ytd afternoon.. Actually abit waste of time cos we went down there to check out whether the infomation dear filled in was correct as their hotline can't seems to get through after trying for a few days. After tat we went to novena square for shopping, my first time there, nv been to novena square before. It's a small shopping center with not much shops.. but they have a adidas factory outlet on the 2nd level & we spent quite abit there. Dear was so excited when he saw tat shop cos 'Adidas' was his fav sports brand. As it was a factory outlet store all items have discounts up to 30%, i bought a sports tee for $41.30, the usual price was $59 & a bottle of perfume for only $8.10.. hehe. they selling it at half price. Dear bought a white sweater which he has been wanting to buy for so long for $62.30 only, usual price was $89 & a pair of basketball shorts. All having 30% discount.. cool rite? Previously dear like a sweater from movieworld but we din buy cos we think it's abit ex so dear must be happy nw tat he managed to buy something cheaper. Ya.. we bought alot of things from the factory outlet.
After shopping we went to Han's for our lunch. Dear ate black pepper chicken set lunch while i ate fish & chips. Each set lunch comes with soup of the day, drinks, & desert which is a piece of water melon & it cost $7.50 per set. Consider quite cheap comparing with swensen's & other restaurants but the serving is abit too small for guys but for me it's just nice. Took train back to boon lay after our lunch.. the journey home seems to be very fast cos the both of us were looking at our gold coast pics on my cami which i bought out. Looking back at those pics brought back fond memories of our holidays.. hehe. I've nv grown sick of viewing those pics.. jus keep looking through them again & again. Went to JP to shop ard & then went to the acarde center & played a few rounds of mahjong before heading for home. Reached home at ard 6 plus & then had my dinner. Later of the nite was reading time.. been reading 'The Da Vinci Code' the past few days.. reading & reading for a few hrs then went to bed. My eyes super tired man after reading for so many hrs. I seldom read novels but i heard from dear tat this book is nice so i decided to read & also to improve my english. Da Vinci Code is damn nice i tell u.. Superb! I've learn so many things from the book.. Leonardo Da Vinci's paintings & the hidden secrets behind his paintings & alot more stuffs on symbology.

Dear bought me my present while we were at gold coast. A tee-shirt from seaworld & a flowery log bag from esprit. Simply luv the bag.. been searching for a log bag for quite some time le. It looks exactly like the previous one i saw in OP , din managed to get the one from OP because they were sold out. So happy to get a similar one.. hehe. As for the seaworld tee-shirt, spotted it at one of the souvenir shops in seaworld. Liked it veri much but it's very ex 29.95AUD which is abt $38.30 sg for a simple tee. So dear says he buy for me for my birthday. hehe. muack! My dear is the BEST!

Bikinis, flip-flops, wallet & purse are just some of the stuffs i got myself at gold coast. The things in aust are ex cos of high exchange rates tat's y din really buy alot. Most of the things i bought are from sales.
Chocolates, chocolates & more chocolates.. here are jus come of the choco i got from gold coast. There's alot more tat i gave out to ppl as souvenirs & of course the bulk of it are already being eaten my bro & me. yummy~ Been searching high & low for peppermint freddo choco but only found those sold individually. So sad! Peppermint freddos are my fav. But managed to buy those strawberries & dairy freddo ones back. Better than nothing.
Alright! How did i celebrate my bday ytd? Was with dear the whole afternoon ytd.. no big celebrations cos nothing much to celebrate. Had the biggest bday celebrations on my 21st bday & tat's enough. As one grows older thethought of celebrating birthday gets more & more meaningless. Had kfc new curry crunch for lunch ytd afternnoon, quite nice~ Went home took a shower & then went to meet up with my friends at JP swensens. Was rather disappointing cos there were only 4 of us, the usual ones (ling, eileen, yenting & me of course) The rest couldn't turn up due to work commitments & other stuffs. Aniway.. everyone is sooo bz with their lives tat we hardly meet-up. But nvm.. at least they still rmb my birthday. Was so glad tat the 3 of them who went to swensens last nite actually make a pt to meet-up with me despite their bz schedule. Thanks gals! Btw.. those 3 friends who turn up ytd are frequent readers of my blog & they know every little bits of my life. Tat's hw we update each other on our daily lifes even though we dun meet-up everyday. Eileen, yenting & i ate chicken baked rice while ling ate chocolate freckles peak, as ytd was my bday so we were given a free firehouse. Ytd was birthday to alot of ppl as well cos swensens kept playing the happy birthday song over & over again while they serve the firehouse to each table. Eileen & david got me a tasmania devil tee-shirt from movieworld while yenting got me a yellow rip curl singlet. Once again thanks gals for meeting up~ I'm starting to seach for a new job on mon, wish me luck~

I'm back from the sunny but not humid gold coast! A super fun, exciting & relaxing holidays i should say. Brisbane central & gold coast was simply awesome! Took tonnes & tonnes of photos, can u imagine we took a total of 900 plus photos. Weather in brisbane was soo cooling, though it's sunny but we din sweat at all. It's like in an air-condition room even when we are at outdoors. It was soo soo cold at nite & in the early morning.. it's more like winter than autumn. So shiok! Everywhere in brisbane is fast food, fast food & more fast food outlets till we got sick & tired of eating burgers & fries. And we miss chinese foond so we seek for chinese restaurant at surfer's paradise for our dinner after having junk food for the first 3 days. Ppl there are soo friendly or maybe because we haven't met any racist yet.. i don't know. But ang mohs are nice & friendly ppl who would greet us & take photographs with us. Surfer's paradise was so heavenly.. simply love it there! Never seen such a beautiful beach before.

Day 2: Sunshine Coast Expreience Tour
Our first day at gold coast! Have to wake up super early today to take a 1hr plus coach to sunshine coast wher we visited Australia Zoo, Big Pineapple, Superbee Farm & Underwater World. Saw alot of aust animals, koala, wombat, kangaroo, crocs & lots more other animals at the zoo. And we met Steve Irwin, the crocodile hunter & his wife at the crocs show. Then went off to Big Pineapple & Superbee farm but nothing much there. Last destination of the day was to underwater world but we din went in & just roam ard tat area & went for shopping. At nite, we went to sufer's paradise for dinner & of course we went to the beach for awhile. The first time we set our foot onto the beach, the sand is soo soft & fine, it's just like stepping onto cotton wool. I got to know abt surfer's paradise from a tv program featuring roxy pro competition last year. I fell in love instanly with the beach, the endless stretch of beach & border-less sea is wat i fell in love with.

Day 3: Dreamworld
The first world we visited was Dreamworld. There are so many rides & so little time, we din have time to finish all the rides. Tower of terror & the giant drop was simply too scary, of course we were too afraid to play these rides. But we did play other thrill rides as well like the cyclone, mine ride, rocky hollow & etc.. we got ourselves all wet while playing rocky hollow but it was super fun! Dreamworld was the one i had most fun in cos we played lotsa rides in the park. At nite we had dinner at a chinese restaurant & then went to the nite market along surfer's paradise. And the nite market was very interesting, all the things sold on the nite market was made by the stall-owners themselves. There are so many creative items there.. bought a few photo frame & other stuffs from the market.

Day 4: Movieworld
Tada!! It's Movieworld! There isn't so many rides in movieworld but they have the most scary ride.. the Lethal Weapon! Police Academy Stunt Show which feature action & live stunt with high falls, huge explosions & car chases was awesome! Simply great! took pic with alot of characters like catwomen, batmen, austin power & bugs bunny. And then there's this all star parade which feature warner bros characters who will do a street parade. In the evening we went to sufer's paradise again & this time round we took lotsa pics while the sky is turning dark. The sky is so colourful, it looks like rainbow.

Day 5: Seaworld
We went to carrara market early in the morning, the shops are not even open yet so we went for breakfast first. Went back to our hotel to put the things we bought at carrara market before gg to seaworld. Seaworld was the nearest to our hotel, went for all the shows in seaworld, dolphin cove show, quest for the golden seal & ski challenge. Played a couple of rides as well, bermuda triangle, flume, corkscrew roller coaster & etc. Played the corkscrew twice.. damn fun man! Shiok! Wahaa haa.. Saw alot of marine animals as well, shark, polar bear, seal, dolphin & dugong.

Day 6: Surfer's Paradise & shopping
We went to surfer's paradise in the morning, the view of the beach was the most beautiful in the morning, clear blue sky & yellow sand. Magnificent view! We met a aust man on the beach whom we called him Mr Pepes, we gave him this name because he taught us hw to catch pepes (aso known as lala in sg). We had soo much fun catching pepes, eileen & i each caught two as well. Ming & David got themselves all wet catching the pepes & we caught alot, most were caught by Mr Pepes. Bought those pepes back to our hotel & place them all into our hotel sink with seawater. When the pepes are in their own environment they will open up their shell. Left the pepes in the hotel & we took bus to Harbour Town for shopping. Bought alot of things from harbour town, bags, clothings, flip flops & etc & i bought a rip curl bikini for $20 only. haha.. so happy! Went back to our hotel to place our things down as well as to change the seawater for our pepes. And then we are off to Pacific fair for shopping again, not much things to shop ther. Harbour town is better.. after shopping we took the pepes to a chinese restaurant & ask them to cook for us. It was soo soo delicious! Yummy! I got myself so tanned after basking under the sun for a couple of hrs catching the pepes.

Day 7: Home Sweet Home
Our last day at gold coast~ Wanted to go to the beach with dear one last time but it was raining. So we din went.. had breakfast in our hotel & then went to walk ard the shops near our hotel. Eileen & david are still sleeping in the hotel so only the both of us. We went to bought some scratch & win card for $1 each, have to find the same dollar value 3 times & win tat amt. So we scratch & scratch.. we won $2 which some of the cards & there's one card which we won $22AUD.. haha. So happy! Lucky us! Went back to the hotel rest awhile & pack our stuffs for the last time & we were off to the train station on a limo. Took train all the way to brisbane international airport & check in our luggage. Had lunch at red rooster & then we board the plane. It was the end of our holidays! A wonderful holidays we had at brisbane~
