Spend my sat afternoon @ ikea with eileen. She wanted to get something fer david cos his b'day is approaching. I went back to office in the morning to finish up some of my work then met up with her at ard 2 plus. Was feeling rather tired 
had only 4 hrs of beauty sleep the day before. Our trip to ikea was full of fun & laughter. Went to eat at the restaurant located at the 2nd storey of ikea.. my first time eating ther, dun know wat is nice so eileen ordered Swedish meatballs with boiled potatoes & chicken wings. Yummy Yummy! The meatballs r so delicious 
So basically we sat ther enjoying the meatballs & tea 
Then a family came over & sat at the table next to us. Eileen only told the little gal tat she has got beautiful eyes & then she started talking & asking questions non stop. She's a chirpy & smart gal with very long eye lashes, pretty gal 
! We sat ther chatting to the gal all the way till both her parents & her finish their food. Actually.. eileen was the patient one answering all her never-ending questions. Haha.. She really kept the both of us entertained. So we bid gd bye to them after they finish their food & the both of us continued on with our shopping. After we paid fer our things at the cashier, we heard a little voice calling "Hello! Hello!" from behind our backs. It was the little gal, so coincidence! We managed to see her one last time before we left ikea & headed fer home. We took bus 198 home & then it was home sweet home.
(Jus a note for eileen: Eileen u have got friends out there who truly appreciate ur friendship. Dun bother with ppl who treat u for granted. I believe they will regret it one day. To us.. u will always b our GREAT friend

Erm.. 
Dun know wher to start from.. got lotsa thoughts going through my mind over the past few days but din hav time to update my blog. Was very busy with work lately. Well.. got to rearrange my thoughts for a while. Alright! Shall start with what happened on Thurs(28/10/04).
I was packed with lotsa work tat day. Extremely big pile of work waiting for me to do. I knew its definitely impossible for me to finish the 36 pages of error list even if I were to work OT. So I tried my best to do whatever I can. I didnt seek help from the other temp gal (lets name her AL) because I thought this was part of my job scope. I got really fed up 
with her because I hav got so much work to do & then ther she is chatting happily with other colleague
It was abt time to knock off & I haven’t even finish half of the work so I stayed back to work OT. My supervisior told me to pass some of my work to AL, so i ask her if she was working OT. At first she says yes but then knowing tat i was gg to ask her to do work, she looks at the clock & says she dun know if she wans to work. She agreed to stayed on so i asked her if she knows hw to do the work, she had only done it once & tat was when i was on leave. So tat means to say if i wasn't on leave she would nv have know tat ther is such a thing called error list. I really felt like crying 
when she told me tat. For all these months.. i was the silly & stupid one helping her with her work & then ther she is doing her work slowly so tat she could do them during OT hours, chatting & skiving. I'm really at a loss for words 
, disappointed & at the same time felt really unfair 
! But it was also this incident tat my colleague, michelle FINALLY 
knew all these things. Actually wanted to tell michelle abt this matter earlier but thought it wasnt nice to complain to her. So all the while i kept it to myself & then everytime after work the only person whom i could complain to is my bf. Haha.. I really pity his ears, he got to listen to my complains over & over again. Well.. i felt SOOO relieved after pouring all my unhappiness to michelle. Im not trying to be mean to complain AL, but i really cant stand her & its SO UNFAIR to me. Michelle also notice tat AL seems very free during normal office hours & then kept working OT. It's not tat she can't work OT, but at least help to do some of the work if she's staying to work OT mah. Really hoping 
fer a better tml! I hope i dun hav to wait too long.

Went suntec after my work yesterday to do my hair. Actually wanted to trim the ends of my hair & do colour only. But end up with short fringe again.. aunt says i look better with short fringe. My fringe is rather short so it makes me look so silly. Ya! So Silly. Oh no! Pray hard tat my hair grows extremely fast these few days so tat i wont look so silly during the D&D. Ohh.. I'm soo excited abt the D&D, it's coming nearer & nearer. Some of u reading my blog mus b thinking... it's only a D&D, wat is ther to b excited abt rite? But this is my first time attending such function.. i'm looking forward to it & at the same time feeling a little nervous 
Went to collect my dress at Paragon's metro after work today. Alighted at the bus stop behind ngee ann city. And while i was crossing the road i almost got knocked down by a taxi! 
Hai!! Thought it was a one way traffic, so kept looking on my right. Din realised tat actually ther is a taxi coming my way on my left. Luckily the driver honked loudly at me, if not i would hav got knocked down. YA! I admit it was my fault. I was dreaming while crossing the road. Dun know wat i was thinking aso. Thank god nothing happened to me
Still rmb few years back, i was knocked down by a motorbike 
while crossing the road. I wasn't jay-walking.. i was using the pedestrian crossing & it was the green man. I was happily chatting with my friends while crossing the road then all of a sudden i was hit by a motorbike coming from my right. It was all so sudden, i dun even know wat happened & the next moment i was already laying on the road. The driver din get down to help me & then just rode off hoping tat no one saw his plate number 
But just too bad.. some passer-by managed to record down his plate number. Luckily.. he wasnt riding at a very fast speed so i just substain some minor injuries, fractured my right foot. I think abt 1 yr later i received a letter from the traffic police saying tat they hav caught him & his driving license was suspended fer dunno hw many yrs. Tat was indeed a very scary experience for me.

Alright..din update my blog for almost a week, was busy with work & stuffs. Actually wanted to meet ling for shopping on thurs one, but dear last min told me tat he's taking leave. So in the end din met up with her, but went shopping with my dear instead, he accompanied me though he was sick 
. Went paragon's metro again. Finally.. 
bought a black tube dress for the D&D. Had been searching high & low for a suitable one over the past weeks. Yeah!! Finally bought something. Dear says quite nice so i think should b ok bah. Next week gg to b a busy week as well.. gg to ask my aunt to colour my hair on mon. Been a long time since i do colouring, *yeah* gg to get a new colour fer my hair. Think dear is off on mon, can ask him to go with me 
Then on tues gg to collect the dress cos the dress abit too big so need to alter. Ling gg genting with elvin next week. Going to meet up with her when she comes back from the trip. Got lotsa things to catch up with both eileen & her.

Just finish editing my new blog skin. Spend alot of time 
searching fer a nice skin, luckily i studied html in poly sch daes so the editing part was easy. Html is the easiest compared to other programming language like VB, ASP & etc. It's also the only programming language tat i knew hw to edit & debug. haha.. Oh no.. i hate to do debugging man. Aniway.. my new blog skin is ready & i liked it alot. Ermm.. was thinking of making my own blog skin cos its hard to find a suitable skin. Well.. i'll do it when i free bah. Oh ya.. did u ppl notice tat ther's no background music fer my blog already.? I've removed it from my blog cos it has got alot of spywares in them.
Came across an article feature in the new paper which i find it veri useful. If i din remember wrongly there are 4 types of spyware. AdWare which pops up alot of irritating advertisements. Key loggers which captures the keystroke of the keyboard, this is pretty dangerous as the person spying on ur com might be able to gain confidential info like creditcard no & pwd. The person spying on ur com is also able to remotely control ur com. U wil see ur cursor move on it's own right in front of ur eyes. As fer the last type of spyware, i couldn't rmb wat it was. Adware is the most common spyware tat has affected many coms, so pls think carefully before u click on 'Yes' to download anything from the net.
Saw the Nov Cleo issue which features some gorgeous prom collection. So ask my dearie to accompanied me to Paragon's Metro on fri nite to look fer a dress to wear to the D&D. Try on a few dresses but couldn't decided whether to buy anot. Cos all the gowns look like those wedding evening gown. haha. Tried on one black chiffon long dress which is quite fitting but it looks too formal. So end up din bought any dress, luckily din buy ar.. the dress cost $99.90 man. Dear gg to accompanied me to look fer a dress again this coming fri 
. Going to look fer something tat is simpler. HaiZ.. really headache man! One of the colleague went to the food testing @ Meritus Mandarin last week. She told us the ballroom's veri grand & lotsa VIPs will b ther as well. In the past years, they used to have loo+ tables fer each year's D&D. But this year only left with 45 tables cos many ppl were being retrenched in the recent years when the the production plant moved to malaysia. This D&D is giving me alot of headaches cos i dun know wat to wear to the function but i'm HAPPY 
tat i'm part of it.
Alright.. back to wat happened on fri nite. After trying the dresses, we went Hereen fer dinner @ Marche. Yes! It's dinner @ Marche again. hehe.. Both dear & me loved to eat @ Marche 
. But din had a gd dinner tat nite cos the place is overcrowded with ppl & is sooo noisy. Each & every corner is full of ppl, even the queues were long. Suntec's Marche is still the best
We ordered Sambal Stingray, Fish w Wedges, Deep fried calamari & Rosti with hunter chicken sausage. Din like the deep fried calamari cos its sooo hard, even the rosti is not well cooked, the queue is long so they din hav time to wait fer the potatoes to be fully cooked before serving to the customers. Wat a bad dinner we had!!
There's a long holiday in nov 
actually we planned to book a chalet @ East Coast Park to enjoy ourselves during the long holiday. But all the chalets were fully booked, even those at sentosa which not many ppl frequent r fully booked. So there goes our plan . Dun wanna go to far cos it's only 3 days of holiday (13/11 - 15/11). So in the end we decided to spend a day or two @ Johore. Dear's having holiday from 11 nov all the way till 15 nov. So gd! So his gg to take one day leave to go Johore cos tat day is his off day & he isn't supposed to be out of sg on his off day. Heng ar! Only need to take 1 day leave. haha. Can save the rest of his leave for other uses, if not can also exchange leave fer $$. So we'll leave our trip to genting & KL till dec where we can spend more days ther.
Nov is gg to b a veri exciting month with losta activities gg on.. Oh.. I'm sooOOoo looking forward to nov

Went to the hawker center near our place to celebrate dear's dad bday. We ordered lotsa yummy gd food.. chilli crab, cereal prawn, sweet & sour pork, sea cucumber with mushroom, frog leg & veggie. Most of the dishes r my fav. Had a veri full & enjoyable dinner with his family. Dear & i bought a pouch fer his dad, hope he likes it. After dinner, went over to dear's hse wher i downloaded lotsa stuffs into my hp via infrared. Haha. I even managed to upload the pics of the little boy which i took using my hp.
Got a piece of gd news with me . I'm attending my company's annual dinner & dance @ Meritus Mandarin on the 5th of nov. It's gg to be a big event cos it's Toshiba's 30th anniversary. Actually din wan to attend at first cos im not sure if i was gg to work ther till then. But then my colleagues kept asking me to join them. So i agreed to attend to hav a feel of hw A-D-D is like. *Whoo hoo* So excited! My first time attending such functions. Looking forward to tat day, but now i'm having headache on wat to wear to the dinner Wher can i get clothes tat r suitable fer the dinner? Wanna go shopping for a dress tat i could wear to the dinner. Shopping Shopping & Shopping! I luv Shopping!

07 Oct (Thurs)
My mum's friends came over to my place on thurs nite. Then one of her friend's son 
( a 2 yrs old cute little boy) came into my room.. at first he ask me if he could sit on the floor, so i told him tat he could sit on my bed. The moment i finish saying tat, he climbed up my bed & was jumping around. So i had to followed him ard to make sure tat he doesn't falls down. Kids r forever so hyper-active, innocent & adorable! I haven't heard this little boy utter a word in chinese, i was wondering if he understands chinese. He was talking to me in english the whole nite, i asked him a couple of times wat was his name but he refuses to tell me. Got to know from my mum tat his name is called Jia Han or something like tat.
He's a smart boy.. i taught him hw to turn on & off the tv using the remote controller and then the whole nite he was turning on & off the tv. 
Ohh no.. shouldn't hav taught him in the first place. Kids are amazed by almost everything. So basically.. the whole nite he was jumping ard on my bed, turning on & off the tv & asking alot of funni questions. When his mummy & grandma came into the room & told him tat they were leaving, he refuses to go home. So i cuddle him out of the room & return him back to his mummy, the little boy kiss me on my cheeks & told me tat he likes me. U know it feels sooo GREAT when a kid tells u tat he likes u.haha.

Went bugis with my dearie on friday. Actually wanna hav sakae sushi fer dinner one but then someone had dinner without waiting fer me loh. So no choice.. i had to settle fer dinner at food court, ate mee siam again. Went shop shop ard bugis, bought a dress from OP's seiyu. Like the dress alot.. Haha. Dear bought a BODS polo tee as well, he looks so smart in tat tee. After all the shopping, we headed for home.

Receive a msg from eileen saying tat she could go shopping with me as she needed to get some stuffs as well. I was soo HAPPY man ! I hate to b alone needless to say gg shopping alone rite? Yipee! Found someone to go shopping with me.. haha *grinz* So went bugis with eileen.. on the way, ling msg me & say tat she would join us fer shopping as well. So glad tat she joined us fer shopping. So.. went to walk ard bugis & then to levis shop to get a top using the vouchers (the one i mention on my previous post) They do allow try-ons u know? Which makes me even frustrated cos Jp levis shop doesn't allow tat.
After all our shopping, we went to buy cripsy pancake from bugis street & then settle fer dinner at the food court at bugis shopping center. Opps 
! I realised tat i ate alot today. Ordered mee siam fer dinner, was feeling veri full after i finish the mee siam. On my way home, met my dear at Jp fer his dinner. While he was eating, i suddenly had cravings fer red bean soup. So i bought a red bean soup & a pineapple. Omg! Couldn't believe tat i could actually finish eating the red bean soup as well as the pineapple as i was already feeling extremely full after eating the mee siam. WoW!! Unbelievable appetite!
Went to GR Travel to check on the prices fer holiday at Genting & KL. Mmm.. Stil haven't decided when is the best dates to go fer holiday. Well.. got to dicuss with dear again.
Alright! Shall stop here fer nw.. Been blogging alot these days. Going to hav an early nite. Tml's mon again *sianz* !! Hav to start working again.

Oh well.. receive a msg from my dear friend, eileen this morning saying tat it's not convenient to go over to her hotel these days cos the new management fer her hotel came onboard ytd & replaces 7 heads in just a single day. Even Mr Zul (eileen's boss) was asked to leave as well. Mr Zul.. the man whom ling & i met during a few ocassions, the man who is so kind to bring the both of us along to the preview of the new police story. OMG!! Couldn't believe it u know? It was all so sudden. Thou she told us before tat Novotel Apollo is changing management but i really din expect them to ask the staffs to leave. Never!! Not even in my dreams would i hav thought of tat. Ytd was still telling Ling & Jo tat we wil b having international buffet dinner @ the hotel's restaurant (e square) on wed nite. Now Novotel Apollo is offically renamed as Furama RiverFront Singapore.
Din expect so much things to hav happened on one day & tat it has made such drastic changes to so many ppl's lives, including eileen's. Boooo!! 
to those ppl from the new management. Seriously, i'm at a loss for words.. hopefully the staffs from the new management is not gg to make eileen's life any worser & tat Mr Zul wil come back for her soon.
Went Jp just nw to get something from levis cos the vouchers they gave me on my bday is expiring tml. So.. look through their tops & found 1 which i could buy using the voucher. Wanted to try it on first but they dun allow try-ons, so nvm intend to buy it first. If the size is not right then exchanged fer a bigger one again. So paid fer the top using the voucher & to my horror 
the salesgirl told me tat they do not accept gift vouchers. She's already feeling rather unhappy intially when i told her to get a new piece fer me. So when i told her tat i dun wan to buy the top, since the voucher couldn't be use in her shop her face turns sooo black. So is mine ok! 
Really DUN understand hw come the voucher couldn't b used ther. Luckily tml is the expiry date if not...
Haiz, so troublesome! Poor me have to go bugis alone tml to personally get something from levis. I msg ling to ask her if she's free to go shopping tml but she haven't reply my msg 
. But aniway.. tml's sun so i think she would wan to spend time with elvin. I would wan to spend time with my dear on weekends as well, but too bad his working on weekends. So i'm always so lonely 
on weekends. So nw u know y i always update my blogs on weekends? Hopefully.. ther wil b gd news from ling tml bah.

Got to know tat Candice Foo has dropped out of the Singapore Idol through my colleague. Felt surprised & disappointed! She has got a gd voice & can sing real well. I support her not because she's my bro's friend (thou not tat close) but bcos she really got talents. Well.. other contestants would hav 1 less competitor to fight fer the S'pore Idol title already. She dropped out due to some personal reasons, she did say S'pore Idol is not all abt singing. Mayb currently she's unable to cope with the tremendous stress from the competiton, the media, friends & herself bah. Aniway, tat was her final decision 
. Oh ya.. din knew tat my dad watches s'pore idol as well, knew it only today when he ask me wat time the results r showing. Mediacorp earning big $, with soo much viewers each week.
Today's a carefree day @ work cos my supervisor & one of my colleague is on half day's leave. So i slack, slack & slack.. haha It's a rare chance tat both of them are on leave.. Feel soo free! Usually when my supervisior is ard she wil keep looking at me to see if i was doing my work. Oh no! Feel so uneasy & stressed u know? Surprisingly.. din go out on a fri nite. Dear came over to my hse then we cook rosti together 
haha. Thou can't b of marche's standard but still not bad lah. Added some ham & 
to it.. Taste rather nice esp when the cheese melts. WooHoo!
